Retreats and Gatherings
Saturday June 17th 2023
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Coronation Hall, 41 Haven Street, Moeraki, New Zealand
In the beautiful surroundings of Moeraki on the North Otago coast and the lovely venue of the Coronation Hall with its sea views and access to the Millenium Walkway and beach, join the Rev. Dr Hilary Oxford Smith and harpist Julie Saraswati for a Day Retreat.
When someone we love dies, our lives change forever. The pain of our loss can be intense and heartbreaking and sometimes it isn’t easy to share how we feel with family and friends. Navigating the experience and process of grief can be challenging and bewildering as we gradually transition to a different way of living.
This day away offers you a welcoming, safe and supportive space to come together with others who are grieving. It is a time to gently nurture your mind, body and spirit. Music, film, poetry, memories, aromatherapy for well-being, quiet times, blessings, and delicious food will refresh, encourage, comfort and strengthen you.
Cost: $95.00 which includes morning and afternoon tea, a soup and sandwich lunch with fresh fruit and cake, a small journal and hand-printed heart card, a Loving Kindness aromatherapy blend to take home and resource materials.
There are 12 places on the retreat. To book your place please email hilary@spiritofbradan.com to receive your registration form.
